Registering for and using this site acknowledges that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms as well as understood and accepted the Privacy Policy. CustomCardZone, LLC  ("CustomCardZone") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice.

CustomCardZone reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change the methods through which free items are earned. CustomCardZone 's websites are contingent upon the Customer completing an offer, and referring a certain number of friends (“Friend Connects”) who must each also complete an offer.  We reserve the right to change the approval requirements necessary to receive a free item, including but not limited to increasing the number of friend connects required to get approved. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time.

We also reserve the right to discontinue any of our websites at any time without notice or reason. In the event that we discontinue one or more of our websites, we will make every reasonable effort to provide our users with sufficient advance notice. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below. If you breach any of these Terms of Use your right to use this Site will terminate automatically.

1.    MEMBERSHIP

1.    You must be a U.S. resident at least 18 years of age or older, with a valid U.S. email address and shipping address. Please do not enter a P.O. box as your shipping address; we will not ship to P.O. boxes. Providing invalid or falsified information may, at our sole discretion, result in an account being locked and render your account closed.

2.    A user must provide accurate shipping information.

3.    You may not, under any circumstances, register or participate on behalf of anyone other than yourself. You may not use another person's name or information to receive products from this website. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers for another person's account.

4.    To participate on our site, a user must reside and participate from within the United States.  Accounts created or pursued from outside this location will result in the accounts being closed and all credits forfeited.

5.    Individuals are permitted to create one account per shipping address, email address or IP address. Users may not have multiple accounts. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed.  A single user may not have multiple accounts at more than one shipping address.  All multiple accounts found to be fraudulent or which violate these Terms and Conditions will be closed or disqualified.

6.    A user may not use another person's name or information to receive products from this website. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers for another person's account. Only one account may be pursued per site per person, per location, per household. Any user(s) found creating multiple account will face immediate suspension and risk having their account terminated.

7.    All individuals are responsible for securing their account information. Accounts found or reported to be compromised will be immediately locked and all credits will be forfeited. We are not responsible for any other losses incurred due to loss, mis-use, the disclosure of your password, or a third-party accessing your account.

2.    REQUIREMENTS

4.    complete the required number of “Friend Connections” to our site.  The number of connections will be determined by the value of the gift the user is registering for and will be available in the user’s status page.

5.    A Friend Connection will only be made if that user registers and confirms their account and completes a single offer from our offer wall.

6.    You are responsible for distributing your social link. CustomCardZone will not send out any communications on your behalf to encourage such sign-ups to occur.

7.    In order to connect a friend to your account, we will provide you with your own unique tracking link, which you must then distribute to the intended parties. Your unique link will be provided on your Share Social Link page. Any user that does not click this URL or type it into their web browser accurately cannot be tracked and, thus, cannot be connected to your account. Note that some applications can remove the tracking part of this URL. You assume the risk of this link breaking when using our website.

8.    Friend Connections are credited on a contingency basis and we, at any time, reserve the right to refuse or revoke a user for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, fraudulent information, or duplicate sign-ups.

9.    A user may complete more than one offer and make more than the required number of Connections, but cannot earn more than one reward with their account. Any additional Friend Connections or offer completions above and beyond what is required will not result in any additional items.

10.    A Friend Connection will only be made if a user signs up using another member’s link. After a user registers, there is no way to go back and connect them to another account.

11.    Participation in a “conga line”, “walk through”, or any other organized system of individuals trying to obtain enough Connections to qualify for the reward is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of your account, as well as the account belonging to the person(s) that referred you to the website and the person(s) that you referred.

12.    Users agree that all content and tools on the “Share Social Link” page will not be used in any unlawful manner, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or objectionable behavior.  Users agree to abide by any rules and regulations on the site they are sharing the link including, blogs, social media, comments, message forums, and web based email providers.  Users found or reported to engage in this behavior will have their accounts put on hold or disqualified.

13.     CustomCardZone reserves the right to change the requirements at any time for any reason.

3.    OFFERS

1.    CustomCardZone is not responsible for requirements or terms of advertisers presented on this site. Users are completing and registering for the advertisers services at their own risk. Before completing an offer, we suggest you review their respective practices and policies. We are also not responsible for any charges or contracts you may incur while participating in an advertiser's offer.  While we do our best to provide accurate information about the offer, the offer terms and conditions may change at any time.  We are not responsible for any typographical errors on this site.

2.    Users may only receive credit for first time offer completions.  If the user has previously signed up for an offer elsewhere, he/she cannot receive credit for completing that offer on our site

3.    The user must complete the offer by clicking on the offer from this website and nowhere else (including any of our affiliates, competitors, or the offer provider's website). Users must click the offer link via our page in order for us to correctly track and credit for a user's offer completion. Note that some applications like spyware blockers or popup blockers may prevent these links from functioning correctly.

4.    In order to receive proper credit for completing an offer, the user must use the same email account they originally used during registration on CustomCardZone. The user should also ensure their browser settings are configured to accept all cookies and that he or she clicks on our exact offer link to be properly redirected to the offer provider’s website.

5.    We do not guarantee that a user will receive credit for an offer. The advertiser reserves the right to refuse crediting a user for an offer completion for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, failure to meet advertiser/offer requirements.  We will not provide manual credits for free offers.  If a user is denied credit from an advertiser on a particular offer, we suggest completing a different offer from a different advertiser in order to complete the requirements.  We are under no obligation to recommend offers to users and will not do so. Users are completing and registering for the advertisers services at their own risk.

4.    REWARDS

1.    You are limited to one reward per household.

2.    Rewards will be shipped to the address  you used upon registering.  In the event you need to make a change of address upon your order, please contact customer service.  We will not ship to PO boxes.

3.    Rewards selected at the time of signup cannot be changed.  We reserve the right to substitute rewards of equal value.

5.    ORDERS

1.    Orders are subject to full verification including, but not limited to verification by phone.  We reserve the right to ensure program requirements have been met, and accurate and unique account information has been provided.

2.    While we do not guarantee delivery dates, all possible measures will be taken to ensure that users receive rewards within a reasonable amount of time. Most orders are received within 30 days from placing the order.

3.    It is a user's responsibility to verify that the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for lost reward shipments as a result of an incorrect delivery address, theft, or lost shipments.

4.    We reserve the right to substitute any reward with its cash equivalent.

6.    FULFILLMENT

1.    You are limited to one reward per account

2.    Rewards are only processed if a user completes the designated requirements for that reward and we approve the sign-up.  No partial rewards or incentives will be issued.

3.    All rewards are purchased by CustomCardZone.  Neither Advertisers, nor the gift card merchants, are liable for any offer, order support, and are not responsible for purchasing any of the rewards featured on this site.

4.    Rewards selected at the time of signup cannot be changed.  We reserve the right to substitute rewards of equal value.

7.    ABUSE

1.    Individuals found to be abusing or maliciously using the site will be banned immediately and prohibited from rejoining on that or any other CustomCardZone site.

2.    Individuals found abusing advertiser’s offers, or posting cancellation "walkthroughs," cheats, or items of similar nature will be subject to indefinite suspension from the site.

3.    A user who has had his or her account suspended may not create another account nor will they be compensated for any participation leading up to the suspension.

4.    Users may not bid on keywords in order to drive traffic to their Friend Connect link.

5.    Users may not purchase referrals to their account, nor can they use another person’s information to create a Friend Connect.

6.    If, in our sole discretion, you are found to be attempting to defraud the site or its advertisers your account status will be revoked and your account balance forfeited. In addition, we reserve the rights to pursue criminal prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law.

7.    Individuals are encouraged to seek others to sign-up beneath them to obtain their free gift, however, "spamming" is not permitted and is a violation of this agreement. Users who engage in spamming will have their accounts closed.

8.    Users may not transfer, sell, or trade accounts to any other person.

9.    A user may not "walk" a Friend Connect through the creation of an account. All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and are responsible for completing the offer process themselves. If a user is found to have "walked" a referral through the signup and/or offer process, all involved parties will have their accounts placed on hold or disqualified. 

10.    If you should have your account put on hold, you are forbidden to open another.

8.    ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

1.    We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, coding, or site function errors or inaccuracies.  In the event of such modifications, changes may be made without notice or disclosure.

9.    COMMUNICATIONS

1.    Due to the volume of customer service inquiries, CustomCardZone does not offer telephone support. All questions, comments and concerns should be submitted through the Help/FAQ link on the website. All communications regarding an account status, questions, and comments must be from the account holder through the contact information listed on the site. We do not provide 3rd party support to any parties.

10.    RESPONSIBILITY

1.    You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this service and the Internet. CustomCardZone does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to this service, any information or service provided through this Website or on the Internet generally, and CustomCardZone shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, and other information provided through this service or on the Internet generally. CustomCardZone does not warrant that this service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected. The service and the software are provided on an "as is, as available" basis.

2.    In no event will CustomCardZone be liable for (a) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use this service, or any information, or transactions provided on this service or downloaded from this service, even if CustomCardZone or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (b) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in this service and/or information downloaded through this service.

11.    INDEMNIFICATION

1.    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CustomCardZone, its employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to this Website from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your Internet access account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing this Website using your Internet access account.

12.    ENFORCEMENT/CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION AND VENUE

1.    Every provision of these Terms & Conditions will be construed, to the extent possible, so as to be valid and enforceable. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions so construed is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will, to the extent so held, be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions, the website, your use thereof, or the Content (collectively, “Disputes”) are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Any Dispute will be venued in a state or federal court situated in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for that purpose.

13.    ENTIRE AGREEMENT/NO WAIVER

1.    These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by CustomCardZone, LLC of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

14.    TERMINATION OF USE

1.    If you are dissatisfied with the website, the content, the terms & conditions, or the privacy policy, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this website.

15.    TERMS & CONDITIONS MODIFICATIONS

1.    CustomCardZone reserves the right to change its Terms of Service at any time. We also reserve the right to change requirements of rewards or offers at any time for any reason. Use of the site after such modifications acknowledges and binds a user to the updated agreement.

2.    This site may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be correct or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. We do not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.
